Chocolate & Salted Peanut Cookies

Serving Size:Makes 48 2-inch (5 cm) cookies or 24 big cookies


1 cup (250 mL) butter, room temperature
1 ¾ cups (425 mL) brown sugar
1 cup (250 mL) peanut butter
2 eggs
¾ cup (175 mL) all-purpose flour
¼ cup (50 mL) cocoa powder
2 teaspoons (10 mL) baking soda
½ cup (125 mL)  HERITAGE™ Grated Chocolate Drink
2 cups (500 mL) salted peanuts


Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Cream butter, brown sugar and peanut butter together. Add eggs and blend until smooth. Add flour, cocoa powder and baking soda, blend until smooth. Stir in chocolate and peanuts.

Form scoops of dough into walnut (for small) or golf ball (for large) sized balls. Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.
