Hot Caramel-Fudge Sauce

Serving Size: Makes 1000 mL

INGREDIENTS

1 cup (250 mL) sugar
2 cups (500 mL) heavy cream
2 teaspoons (10 mL) vanilla extract
2 cups (500 mL) HERITAGE™ Grated Chocolate Drink

DIRECTIONS

Heat heavy cream and vanilla in a saucepan.  Set aside, keeping warm.

Cook sugar in a saucepan until it caramelizes to a golden brown.  Add heavy cream mixture to the caramelized sugar and bring to a boil. Stir constantly until they combine.

Pour mixture into a bowl with chocolate.  Stir until chocolate melts and is smooth.
